Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is purely informational. It has no booking form, no contact form, no account and no online payment, so we do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses or any other personal information through this site. When you're ready to reserve, you contact us directly by phone or Facebook Messenger — on those channels, the information you share is handled by you and by Facebook, not collected by a form on this site.

This policy explains the limited, non-identifying data involved in simply browsing the site, and the third-party services we rely on. It is provided in the spirit of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Information we do not collect

• No personal details are requested or stored on this website.
• No health information or “sensitive personal information” is collected here.
• No payment or card data passes through this site.

Cookies & analytics

The website itself does not require cookies to function. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics measure to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages are useful — for example, page views and approximate region. Where this is done, it is configured to avoid identifying individual visitors, and any non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. We do not use advertising-tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Some features rely on reputable third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare & our web host — deliver and protect the site; they may process basic technical request data (such as IP address) to serve pages securely.
• Google Maps — the interactive map on our Visit page only loads after you choose to open it. Until then, Google is not contacted.
• Facebook / Messenger — loads only if you tap to message us. Your conversation is governed by Facebook's privacy policy.

Some of these providers operate servers outside the Philippines, so basic technical data may be processed abroad under their respective safeguards.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have rights over personal data that a business holds about you — including the right to be informed, to access, to correct, and to object. Because this website does not collect personal data, there is nothing held here to access or correct. Children

This site is a general-audience business website and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site grows — for example, if online booking or payments are added in a later phase. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
